Overaa renovated the Solano/80 Shopping Center in Vallejo, CA. The new shopping center is ideally positioned to serve southern Vallejo, in close proximity to I-80.
Originally built in 1968, Solano 80 is a 10.8 acre neighborhood center. The center features anchor tenant Mi Pueblo, Northern California's foremost Latino Supermarket, in a new 45,450 SF building and Rite Aid store in a 17,400 SF 'new world prototype' with drive thru facility.
The development also includes a new HarborFreight Tools, a Taco Bell with drive thru, and approximately 33,791 SF of neighborhood retail establishments.
