Richmond BART Parking Structure

Construction of a 318,000 SF cast-in-place mixed-use parking structure with 100% local Richmond workforce participation. The six-level, 770 stall structure includes ground level retail space to help revitalize the local community. Multiple public agency coordination was required on the project.
