This four story structure houses 800 cars. Built for Children's Hospital Oakland, in a very congested area wedged between BART, Highway 24 and a major artery, the 320 foot long structure acts as a buffer between the hospital and neighboring residental community. Eight inch thick, perforated steel plates reveal the garage's concrete structural system.
