Located on Highway 4, west of the Bailey Road interchange. The station Includes a pedestrian bridge, which spans an active freeway. The bridge sits on twin-pier pedestals over the freeway median and links the parking area to the station.
Overaa constructed the station with 1.5 million pounds of structural steel using weekend and night-time crews. All elements were set without error. Overaa field checked all anchor bolts and survey points.

Kiosk, Transportation Building, 2000 car parking lot and driveways, Train Yard, and all other transit facility systems
Work included permanent fences and gates, temporary fences and barricades, site preparation, and traffic control
All systems to support the BART station were installed (sanitary sewage, site drainange, utililty structure, MEP systems, etc.)
