Overaa wins the design-build Army Reserve Training Center, Concord.

The design-build team of Walbridge / Overaa Joint Venture and Barge, Waggoner, Sumner, Cannon Architects has been awarded the Army Reserve Training Center project in Concord, CA. The training center will be used by both civilians and reservists for both full time and weekend training drills.
