Four projects by Overaa Construction rank among the largest construction projects on the Peninsula, according to SF Business Times, August 2012. Projects include the $40 M New Hillview Middle School, an 88,000 lease-leaseback project for the Menlo Park School District; $30 M Stanford Linear Accelerator Research Building 52; $12 M Aragon High School Theater, a 23,000 sf theater for the San Mateo School District, and $9 M VA Palo Alto Mental Health Training Facility for the US Dept of Veterans Affairs.
