The Overaa Continuous Improvement (OCI)
program underpins the company philosophy of individual growth and
continuous learning. The goal of OCI training
is to enhance and strengthen individual skills, train future leaders,
foster teamwork and improve the operations processes of our organization,
so that we can successfully compete in an increasingly complex
construction market.
Our training program offers both skills training
and education curricula. Courses include management training
such as leadership,
time management, team building, negotiations, and estimating,
as well as hands-on skills building, including the latest in layout
and leveling, advanced blueprint reading, and scheduling.
