TIMOTHY FITZPATRICK, PROJECT DIRECTOR/
DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Tim Fitzpatrick has been involved the construction industry since
1978. Since 1999, he has applied his special expertise in large-scale,
schedule-critical projects to C. Overaa & Co. clients.
As a Project Director, Tim is responsible for
the planning and success of all projects assigned to his Project
Management Team. In addition to his duties of Project Director,
Tim also acts as the company’s Director of Project Management.
In this capacity Tim is responsible for the company-wide implementation
and coordination of Overaa Project Management Procedures.
Construction Link magazine named Tim
its Project Manager of the Year in 2003.
Tim holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Tulane
University.
