In all Overaa construction projects, safety comes first.

We pride ourselves on being one of the safest general contractors in the region with an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) averaging below 0.70, making us one of the safest general contractors in the Bay Area. The industry average is over 1.00.

This is particularly noteworthy because our outstanding safety record was achieved with a labor force much larger than most of our competitors. We average more than 500,000 man-hours annually.

Safety Assurance Program
Because we do a significant amount of work in refineries and high-tech facilities where safety is especially critical, we have a rigorous safety awareness program.
