This is particularly noteworthy because our outstanding safety record was achieved with a labor force much larger than most of our competitors. We average more than 500,000 man-hours annually.

Safety Assurance Program
Because we do a significant amount of work in refineries and high-tech facilities where safety is especially critical, we have a rigorous safety awareness program.
We use a combination of formal training and task-specific training, as well as jobsite training, monitoring, and incentives. Our rigorous safety assurance program includes:
