LARRY ETCHEVERRY, VICE PRESIDENT OF ESTIMATING
Larry has been with C. Overaa & Co. since 1982, first as a
senior project manager, and since 1995, as our vice president of
preconstruction/chief estimator.
Larry is in charge of all construction estimates,
bidding and business development. Additionally, he manages all
preconstruction services, which include trade-by-trade
budget estimates, constructability reviews, historical cost data analysis,
phasing and schedule analysis.
Larry earned his B. S. in construction engineering from California Polytechnic
State University, San Luis Obispo, whre he is a frequent guest lecturer in
the Construction Management Department.
