Jeff Naff is the Project Director for Overaa’s specialized
Municipal Team and is responsible for all aspects of the work of
this, Overaa’s largest Project Management Team, including
project selection, scheduling, procurement, staff and crew development.
Jeff has significant experience in all phases of water and wastewater
treatment construction.
Jeff joined Overaa in 1998, bringing 18 years in the
construction industry as a project manager. His education includes
an M.B.A. from Saint Mary's College and a B.S. in civil engineering
from Ohio University.
