CHRISTOPHER MANNING, PROJECT DIRECTOR
As Project Director, Christopher Manning provides leadership, direction
and supervision necessary to assure the success of the projects
assigned the Project Management Team. He directs projects for some
of our largest clients. He has been with C. Overaa & Co. since
1986. His expertise in facility construction and civil work encompasses
all aspects of contract administration, subcontractor coordination,
competitive bidding, estimating, CPM scheduling, material cost estimating
and purchasing, and preconstruction analysis.
Christopher earned his B.S. in Construction
Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis
Obispo.
