Carl Overaa is in charge of all business development outreach for the company,
including project procurement and preconstruction services.
As a fourth-generation
owner of the firm, he is dedicated to assuring client satisfaction during all
phases of construction delivery.
Carl has an M.B.A. from
the University of San Francisco and a B.A. from University of California,
Santa Barbara.
