Management Team

Ellen Hoffman joined Overaa in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer.  She is responsible for the corporate services of the company, including finance & accounting, human resources, information technology and risk management.

Prior to joining Overaa, Ellen worked in the maritime industry for more than 15 years, in a variety of finance and accounting management roles.

Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal State East Bay.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in California, and a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
